The care instructions advise you to use low to medium heat because the pans and pots heat up very quickly, and they do. I cook on medium heat most of the time.

For the Perfect Pot, I call it my kitchen bestie because it is absolutely amazing! It goes on the stovetop and in the oven, so I use it to bake my meals most of the time, and they always come out with a smooth, delicate texture that I love. I host a lot, and anytime I have guests over, they leave my apartment ordering their kitchenware from Our Place. I have influenced a lot of my friends to purchase them, even a director at my workplace!
